Tu Jing, Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Zhuoshi Meta Tech, delivered a speech

Esteemed leaders, distinguished guests, and colleagues,

I am Tu Jing, CEO of Zhuoshi Meta Tech. It’s my privilege to discuss the sustainable development of young technological talents at this important forum.

In the era of artificial intelligence, the explosive growth of AIGC (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content) technology marks a new wave of technological revolution. This wave is profoundly reshaping our lives and thought patterns, with an impact far beyond our imagination. In this process, the role of young talents is particularly prominent. They possess abundant energy, innovative capacity, a natural affinity for emerging technologies, and keen insights. They play a central role in driving technological progress, fostering social change, and achieving sustainable development goals.

These vibrant young talents are becoming a powerful force driving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Their innovative thinking and action are key to realizing a multipolar world. In the United Nations' sustainable development goals, young talents also play a crucial role. Through their application and development of cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence, large models, and AIGC, they provide new perspectives and solutions to global problems. Therefore, cultivating and motivating young talents is not only a societal need but an inevitable choice of our times.

We believe that today’s young technological talents need to possess the latest ‘6C qualities’: Confidence, Critical Thinking, Challenge, Collaboration, Creativity, and Communication.

How does Zhuo Shi Technology discover and cultivate talents with these 6C qualities? Firstly, Confidence is the foundation of young technological talent growth. We encourage young people to challenge themselves in project practice, building confidence through continuous learning and experience. We provide diverse training and development paths, allowing them to grow and solidify their confidence through challenges.

Secondly, Critical Thinking is indispensable in decision-making and problem-solving. We inspire young talents to voice their opinions and suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies through regular seminars and innovation workshops. We believe every critique contributes to the company's future development.

Challenge is the intrinsic motivation of young talents. Zhuoshi Meta Tech always pursues technological innovation and market development. We encourage young talents to propose bold ideas, undertake significant projects, and continually breakthrough technological and personal limits. We believe every challenge will transform into a competitive advantage for the company.

Collaboration is key to team success. At Zhuoshi Meta Tech, we advocate an open and inclusive team culture, encouraging cross-departmental and cross-field cooperation. Through team-building activities and project management systems, we strengthen collaboration among team members to achieve the company's goals.

Creativity is the core of Zhuoshi Meta Tech’s continuous development. We have established innovation funds and incubation platforms to support young talents in turning their ideas into products and services. We encourage every employee to be an innovator, continuously exploring new technologies, models, and markets.

Communication is how young technological talents showcase themselves. We provide platforms for international exchanges and industry conferences, giving them opportunities to present their achievements and learn advanced technologies and management experiences. Good communication skills will help them better interact with customers, partners, and colleagues.

Additionally, the cultivation of young technological talents should closely align with the concept of green development. We encourage them to consider environmental impacts in their innovations, promote the sharing of open science and technology, and foster inclusive growth. We are also committed to nurturing young technological talents with green thinking, who can innovate in technology and contribute to environmental protection and social welfare.

The strength of youth is the strength of the nation. President Xi Jinping placed great hopes on the younger generation in his report at the 20th Party Congress. I firmly believe that with our joint efforts, we will cultivate a group of young talents who will play important roles in the field of technology, propel the vigorous development and sustainable progress of global technology, and contribute to building a human community with a shared future. In the era of artificial intelligence, let the youthful vigor of technology bloom in the passionate practice of green, open, and shared development.
