Qi Zixin, Vice President of Qi An Xin Technology Group Inc., delivered a speech

Respected leaders, honored guests, ladies and gentlemen, good morning!

I am honored to participate in the Belt and Road Women’s Forum and Youth Leadership Forum. Youth leadership is a vital force in shaping the future of society, manifesting not only in the field of technological innovation but also in addressing social issues and cultivating a sense of public welfare. My endeavors are closely linked with technology and public welfare. Today, under the theme ‘Public Welfare and Technological Exploration in Youth Leadership,’ I would like to share two perspectives with you.

Firstly, youth leadership is a crucial driving force in accelerating technological innovation. The rapid development of technologies like artificial intelligence has fundamentally transformed the way we live and work. Whether it's in producing goods, providing services, communicating, or advancing cooperation, technological changes are reshaping our interactions with the world.

Youth leadership is not about titles or positions but is demonstrated through responsibility, teamwork, decision-making, and the courage and persistence to face challenges in daily life and work. Technological innovation involves long cycles and great uncertainties; it requires firm belief, continuous exploration, and perseverance. Young people, being the most active, curious, and enthusiastic group, have a natural advantage in the realm of technological innovation.

Technology is the main battlefield of my struggle. As a cybersecurity company, Qi An Xin uses the power of technology and digitalization to safeguard cybersecurity and build a secure digital ecosystem. Innovation is deeply ingrained in Qi An Xin’s DNA. Since our establishment, we have invested over 8 billion yuan in R&D and achieved numerous technological breakthroughs in areas like data security, endpoint security, and network attack and defense technologies. For example, our independently developed ‘Six-All’ cybersecurity framework set a world record for zero incidents at the Olympics, establishing a new industry standard. We continue to innovate in platforms, products, and management, driving high-quality development and safeguarding the digital economy.

Secondly, it is important to gather more youth leadership to promote the development of public welfare. Despite rapid technological advancements, globally, there are still 1.1 billion people living in poverty and 250 million children out of school, struggling to meet basic needs and benefit from technological advances.

As young people, we have a responsibility to contribute to the eradication of poverty and hunger, universal education, and health and welfare, aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. The first goal is to eradicate all forms of poverty worldwide. In 2021, Qi An Xin Technology Group Inc. established the Beijing Qi-ANXIN Charity Foundation to reduce the risk of economic vulnerability due to illness, disasters, education, and other factors. Our ‘Xin An Project’ focuses on medical health, educational assistance, disaster relief, and agricultural support.

For instance, around the third goal of the Sustainable Development Agenda – ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages – we initiated the ‘Xin An Medical Assistance’ project. In 2020, China achieved poverty reduction goals set by the United Nations a decade early, lifting approximately 100 million people out of poverty. Although no longer impoverished, their economic situation remains fragile, with a high risk of falling back into poverty due to serious illness. We build bridges between major hospitals and grassroots medical institutions, enhancing their capacity for major disease diagnosis and treatment and reducing the risk of families falling back into poverty due to illness.

Additionally, addressing the issue of educational equity raised in the agenda, we launched the ‘Xin An Educational Assistance’ project. Families with middle to low incomes in China face significant risks of falling back into poverty and high employment pressure. Qi An Xin’s ‘Xin An Educational Assistance for Higher Education’ provides emergency assistance, social learning support, and scholarships to disadvantaged students, improving their learning and employment conditions and contributing to the development of China’s educational sector and social stability.

Qi An Xin actively fulfills corporate social responsibilities by participating in public welfare activities. We will continue to use the power of technology and public welfare to tirelessly work towards building a better society. Thank you all!
